Jermaine L. Stearns (Pastor J,) is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, who currently resides in Hope Mills, North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of
Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary and Fayetteville State University. He serves as the founder and pastor of Victorious Hope Ministries, Inc. He is an entrepreneur by way of photography, founder of the JL3 Brand, serves as  a mentor for students in Cumberland County Schools, Fayetteville State University and local Ministers and Elders in the community. He is most passionate about being a loving husband and a dedicated father.
